Virtual Reality

VR has been developing ever since it came into being. Virtual Reality makes its users feel a world which does not exist in real time. It makes one feel like they are revolving in a different world. It tricks the brain in a way that everything seem real.

VR is classified into three components:

  • Head-mounted display (HMD's): Linked with goggles displays or headsets.
  • Smartphone/Personal Computer: runs and manages video content of HMDs.
  • Mechanism for user input: creates the designs as it controls the basic headsets.
It was first introduced in video games and it gained popularity. Companies like Facebook, Microsoft, Google, HTC etc are working on this feature and are also making it more user friendly.
For example, Facebook is recently working on Facebook Horizon Workrooms in which VR is used to make a virtual workroom. We have similar examples like Google Starline and Microsoft Mesh.

VR presented 1.2 million certificated agents of Real state in US with the other facilities to the clients, it was estimated that about 300,000 people started using VR in 2025 properly. It was popular in designing visual advertisements with the combination of 360 degree video, many of the features came up in YouTube which provided strong impact in users view. It is also used for educational purposes in schools.

Currently companies are using VR in collaboration with other technologies to create immense experiences of AI, VR and AR.
